Hello, I’m Donal, a UX leader with over 12 years of experience designing clear, responsible, and trustworthy software. I’ve led design across complex enterprise systems at Northern Trust, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, and Dell, working in environments where accuracy, safety, and user confidence are critical.

I balance hands on design with people leadership, focusing on pragmatic outcomes, strong execution, and close collaboration across product, engineering, and risk focused teams. Having run my own business, I understand how design supports adoption, growth, and long term trust.
