Leadership Summary

I’ve spent over a decade leading design teams while staying hands-on, shaping human-centred software and AI-enabled products across enterprise, consulting, and high-growth startups. My work is grounded in user research, using interviews, workshops, usability testing and behavioural insight to inform product strategy and interaction design.

I’ve worked across zero-to-one innovation and the evolution of complex platforms, helping teams move from early discovery through validation and scale. I focus on establishing strong research foundations, clear design principles and systems that translate user insight into consistent, high-quality experiences.

I began my leadership journey at Fjord within Accenture, later leading major customer experience redesigns at Wipro Digital and designing Radar at Aylien, a platform adopted by global banks and acquired by Quantexa.

Through my consulting practice, I’ve led research and design initiatives for Dell, CrowdStrike, Microsoft and Northern Trust. More recently at Mastercard, I led discovery and zero-to-one design for an agentic AI platform, grounding emerging technology in real user needs and workflows.

Alongside client work, I build my own products, giving me an end-to-end perspective from research and strategy through launch and growth.

Today, I lead through both people and practice, building strong teams and embedding research-led thinking into environments where AI, data and complex workflows intersect.
