Leadership Summary

For over a decade, I have led teams and designed human-centred software and AI-enabled systems across enterprise, consulting, and high-growth startups. My work spans 0–1 products through to evolving mature, high-value platforms in regulated, risk-sensitive, and technically complex environments, where clarity, reliability, and user confidence are critical.

My leadership journey began at Accenture’s Global R&D Centre, Fjord, where I delivered an AI medical chart review interface for U.S. healthcare clients, conducted international field research with the UK Police on crime search, and contributed to research on AI-driven job displacement in India. These formative experiences shaped my approach to ethical decision-making, user wellbeing, and responsible technology design.

At Wipro Digital, I led the redesign of Allianz Ireland’s motor quote journey and delivered pension payment experiences for Lloyds Banking Group. Alongside delivery, I mentored banking teams in human-centred design and modern product practices within one of the UK’s largest digital labs, operating in environments shaped by compliance, policy, and customer trust.

I later moved into startups, most notably Aylien, where I designed Radar, a risk intelligence platform adopted by global banks. The product achieved market fit and industry recognition and contributed to Aylien’s acquisition by Quantexa shortly after launch.

Through my own contracting business, I partnered with organisations including Dell, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, and Northern Trust. This work involved scaling distributed teams, delivering global procurement systems, and leading design in security-critical and data-sensitive contexts, including the redesign of authentication for Northern Trust’s flagship wealth management platform. More recently, I have been leading 0–1 design on an agentic AI platform at Mastercard, enabling users to assemble AI systems through modular building blocks with appropriate safeguards and transparency.

Alongside client work, I build products of my own, including JobKey.ai, which has broadened my perspective across the full product lifecycle, from strategy and design through to engineering, launch, growth, and real-world customer impact.

Together, this experience has shaped me into a design leader who thrives at the intersection of people, AI, and complex systems, with a strong bias toward building products that support trust, safety, and long-term value for both users and organisations.
