I led a team of designers, engineers and an insurance company, through a user first approach to remove the burden of purchasing a motor quote.
The problem
Allianz approached us with a dated, desktop first motor quote platform and needed a modern, multi-channel experience to be designed.
Outcome
We launched a mobile first, auto-building step by step experience and increased active monthly users by 21% in the first six months post launch.
We exceeded KPIs of increasing conversions by +25% with a 38% increased rate in the first six months post launch. This was due to the mobile-first approach and simple experience.
